About Us
Since 2020, Zayn Capital invested, advised, and structured transactions across the UK and Emerging Markets.
While the fintech and the financial services industry has been our primary focus, we have experience delivering solutions for a range of industries and clients, including family offices.
Notable work includes launching Pakistan’s first sukuk for a fintech, structuring micro-PE transactions for family offices and working with pre-Series B fintechs on strategy, product, capital structuring and fundraising.
Guiding our ambition is the establishment of our proprietary endowment fund which aims to contribute a portion of our profits annually to support institutions and causes we believe in.

Founder and Managing Partner
Previously, Faisal spent 16 years at Goldman Sachs, where he was working on fintech, debt structuring, principal investing, risk and regulation. He was most recently the GS global head of due diligence for consumer / SME financial services and fintech. Faisal has spent the last 2 years focused on principal investing (PE/VC), debt structuring, family offices and endowments in MENAP.
Faisal has a BA from Rutgers University and an MSc Finance from the London Business School.
